While selling automobile gasolines and diesel fuel in large bulk, Govra Holdings is guided by the following basic principles:

• priority of supplies to the RF domestic market;
• ensuring non-discriminatory terms for the customers;
• information transparency.

These principles are set forth in the Trading Policies of the Govra Holdings as far as automobile gasoline and diesel fuel wholesale trade is concerned, which are compliant with the Anti-Monopoly Service.

Govra Holdings’ Long-Term Strategy provides for consistent oil conversion rate increase at the Russian refineries that will inevitably result in either reduction or termination of fuel oil manufacturing.

Govra Holdings sells crude oil, gas and petroleum products in the domestic and international markets, driving optimal distribution of flows to fit the market. The Company owns crude oil and petroleum products transshipment facilities, as well as pipelines, which helps minimize transportation costs.

Our product balance reflects key product flows for the Group’s crude oil, petroleum and gas products, and petrochemicals, excluding aff iliates, heavy product purchases for ref ining abroad, consumption for operational needs, production losses, changes in inventories, and other items. Due to rounding, sums of inflows and outflows may differ.

The Company’s priority when selling crude oil and petroleum products is efficient logistics and maximum reliance on own transportation infrastructure to reduce transportation costs and optimize transportation routes.

Our equipment is maintained to the highest standards by the manufacturers through maintenance agreements. Included in the maintenance agreement is a 24-hour, 7 days- a-week breakdown back-up service. 

Apart from external service providers we have an internal maintenance department which is responsible for preventative maintenance with a fleet of dedicated breakdown support vehicles, which enhances our service and reliability to our customers.
